We’re often asked what fulltime RVers do with all their time. Believe
it or not, we do stay pretty busy. Even though we are retired and full time
RVers, we still have housekeeping chores to do. We have laundry, grocery
shopping and house cleaning. When those items are taken care of, then we go out
and play or just lay back and take it easy.
However, s
ome of our neighbors are so laid back they don’t even bother to get
dressed until later in the morning!
Yesterday we had a super bowl watching party here at the park.
Dawn and Anita spent the morning cleaning the clubhouse. They swept the
floors and cleaned the restrooms. This park doesn't have fulltime staff so they decided to clean the clubhouse.
They also hung blue tarps over a few of the windows. In the late
afternoon the sun beams in through the windows and it makes it hard to see the
TV.
Everyone brought an appetizer or a dessert. We had food galore! About 36 people showed up for the party.
Steve and Mary Lou furnished margaritas. There was a long line for the that
beverage!
Here's our friend Bob with his margarita. He's a HAPPY BOY!
Dawn put together a football pot and all the squares sold. The pot
paid $50.00 per quarter.
Everyone had a great time.
