We
left Purtis Creek SP on Monday and drove to Wright Patman Lake.
There we parked on Site B-19 in the Clear Springs Park.
Clear
Springs is a beautiful park. All the sites are level with large gravel patio
area. Some have sewer but we picked a site near the water and those sites don’t
have sewer.
They
do have a really neat honey wagon dump station.
There
are lots of tall trees and this park stays busy. It appears that most of the
campers at this park are local. We met a lot of very friendly people while
there.
The
restrooms and showers are very clean.
We
watched deer stroll through the park.
Lots
of the locals bring their golf carts.
On
Friday we had company. Some friends from Lavon Lake came to camp for the
weekend.
We
had a great time visiting with friends and enjoying the really great weather.
