We haven’t posted lately because things have been kinda of crazy.
We opened the park up on the 18th of November.
We had a close friend that was hospitalized numerous times and suffered
through several surgeries in a short amount of time. We are happy to report
that he is now recovering and getting better every day.
We had early ice storm that left us without power off and on for
several days. Luckily we have really great friends that brought us their
generator to use. We were also lucky enough that the roads had cleared enough
for them to bring the generator to us.
The ice stayed around for several days and did a good amount of damage
to the trees here in the park.
We had five other RVers in the park that suffered with us. Those people
are from the far north and this weather didn’t bother them much at all.
Today the ice is all gone and the temperatures have warmed up to a
tropical 46 degrees!!!

Odis just snuggled up with a favorite toy to keep him warm!
